When is my order shipping?
Orders are shipped weekdays and generally take 7-10 business days to arrive.. Since we are in Canada we use a last mile courier so your tracking should update closer to your delivery date
My order was marked as delivered but I can't find it?
The fastest way to find a solution is to contact your delivery service right away (you'll receive an answer quicker than using us as a middle man). If you need to make a claim please email us at support@laphont.ca with your name, order number and your shipping address.
Will my watch come with a battery?
Yes! All of our watches come with a Silver Oxide battery.
Why is my watch is not working?
There is a small pull tab under the crown of the watch, you need to pull it out and push in the crown in order to start the watch! If this does not work please email us!
How much/what filling should i use for my cover?
If you do not have another bean bag, we recommend 200-250L of polystyrene beads, we do not recommend using foam filler.
